CJ - Christine Jenkins classic jazz style blends equal parts of artistic vision, hard work, and determination.  Born and bred in the home of music New Orleans, Louisiana, CJ began singing professionally at the age of fourteen.  She performed standards for the weekend crowds in local steak and brew houses.

Moving on to San Juan Capistrano, California CJ toured the University circuit with an accompanist, quartet or 10 piece band gaining valuable experience in all styles of music.  After being discovered in The Ice House, Los Angeles. CJ left the US to take up residence in Europe.  CJ who speaks fluent French and Spanish performed in the musical “Hair” in Madrid and such clubs as The Front Page, rue Saint Denis and Astoin Rive Gauche in Paris.

Now living in London UK CJ as formed a strong musical partnership with Fred Humphreys, keyboards, that makes the CJ Duo swing.
